I used to be a decent furniture maker. Usually, I used my friend will branch’s antique heart pine or cypress. With this special project for a friend, I built the table with poplar wood. No nails, no screws, just wooden pegs and a little wood glue.

This is a table I made for Tiger woods. I named it “Tiger’s Masters Trophy Table”. It is at tiger’s house in Jupiter, Florida.

I got a wonderful call from Tiger when a friend of mine, in the freight business, delivered the table personally.

Tiger loves it but he told me then that “don’t count him out of winning more than 3 masters' championships! I should have make more shelves. The 5 he has may not be all the most talented golfer in the world receives!

The only problem, i designed and built the table for 3 masters’ trophies shelves. One on top and 2 below. Tiger now has five masters' trophies.

Tiger said I could build a 2nd story on the original table. I told him that was a great idea! Guess who Tiger’s favorite band is?

“Kansas”!

Thank you all for your love and support.

I Send You All Prayers and Love from all the Evans’.

This letter is from My Wonderful Friend (and a little kin) Nancy Knight Montagnino. Thank You Sweet Miss Nancy. All of my furniture plans come in the form of a dream. I met Tiger at a Pro-am golf tournament and we never talked about my hobbies. Someone at the golf tournament told Tiger that I had a Recording Studio and Tiger asked if I had ever recorded anyone really good. That person was a friend of mine with R.J. Reynolds (Vice-President, Hugh Thompson) that I have known for years, (my Daddy was a little high in the rankings when he was at RJR) told tiger, Bleu has recorded a few, one of the bands he recorded a lot was "Kansas".

Tiger told Hugh, “Well hell, that's my Favorite Group". The next day of the golf tournament, my group played in front of Tiger's group, when we got held up by a slow group in front of us both, and ended up on the same tee box at the same time, Tiger came up to me and asked which songs I had recorded for Kansas, and Tiger asked specifically, if I recorded "Carry on Wayward Son"? When I told him I had, Tiger said "you must be as good of an engineer as I am a golfer". I said "Mr. Woods, I hardly think so at all".

Tiger told me to think again, and we started our friendship. That was too good to be true. I had a dream about building a table for Tiger about 2 years later. I built it, then got his address from Hugh (RJR was one of Tiger's many sponsors). I sent the table to him in Jupiter, Florida and Tiger and I have been great mates to this day.

Wow, God has blessed me in so many ways and I Thank God every day for my Blessings. My biggest pleasure is to do something special for someone every day, especially a person who does not expect a blessing. In my dreams (all of my furniture specifications are included in each furniture dream) I have never made one piece of wood working during a non-dream scenario. But please believe me, I have made every mistake a man can make, and I pray for forgiveness every day as well as Thank God every second for all the Blessings HE and HIS SON Jesus Christ Have Bestowed Upon My Family and me. Thank you so much Nancy, I am sorry I got carried away. Prayers and Love to You and All of Your Family. Cousin Bill and Bleu Evans
